The sphere of health informatization is very complex and each country develops in its way. Software systems that combine computer technology and health care have existed for many years in all developed countries. Ukraine has just started its way in this field, and our TMA does not lag behind modern trends.

In 2016 and 2017, within the framework of the "Smart Hospital" program, we have computerized workplaces designed for the medical module. In addition, a local network was installed in the building of the Department of TMA, which provides communication between computers and connected fiber-optic Internet.

At the beginning of 2017, the development of a software complex began, the purpose of which was to introduce advanced technologies in the medical sector, minimize paperwork and increase the efficiency of the entire institution and allow online consultations with leading institutions of Ukraine.

As of today, the program has implemented:

1. Consultations and examination of doctors.
2. Patient management.
3. Laboratory work.
4. Functional diagnostics.
5. Radiography.
6. Statistical reports.
7. Stationary accounting.
8. Work of the registry.
9. Monitoring the workload of doctors.
10. Remote appointment with the doctor.
11. Work of ambulance.

At the moment, work is underway to improve and debug the finished sections of the module. And also several major updates are expected.

However, we did not stop at the medical module. In the modern world, we need to be more open and accessible to our patients. We have developed our website tmomvs.dp.ua, where we have recently implemented online registration.

The essence of online registration is very simple: to save time you do not need to go to the clinic and stand in a live queue. The patient gets the opportunity to get an appointment with a doctor by appointment. It is enough at any time to go to the hospital website, register, choose the right doctor and make an appointment for the appropriate time and day.

This will allow you not to waste your time, and get the necessary advice and services at the appointed time. All you need is to show up on time and follow the instructions on the website.

Reception times, the number of consultations, and services will change over time depending on demand. In the future, it is planned to integrate online registration with the medical module.

There is still a lot of work ahead. However, looking back, it is clear that during this year and a half we have come a long way from the moment when we had neither computers nor developments on the software module to the fact that almost every doctor has a computerized workplace. It has become possible for the doctor to quickly receive complete information about the patient, from the results of research to extracts from medical histories without wasting time on requests from other doctors and searching in paper archives.

It is also worth noting that our employees have made incredible efforts, and although at the beginning many of them did not even know how to work with text editors, in a few months they learned to actively work with a computer, mastered the medical module and search for the necessary information on the Internet, which makes their work more efficient.
